Since it was founded in 1993, the German Tree Care Days in Augsburg have developed into an extraordinary European advanced training event in the field of tree care. Specialist conference, climbing forum around the tree care fair: This triad makes up the event and attracts more visitors from Europe and overseas to the Fugger town every year.
On all three days of the event, representatives of associations and organisations, municipal experts, experts, scientists, landscape architects and of course the arborists themselves come together to gain the latest knowledge on neutral terrain. The focus is on the healthy and sustainable use of trees: “All our participants share the desire to protect and preserve the tree. This basic attitude is known everywhere at the German Tree Care Days," says Professor Dr. Dirk Dujesiefken, organizer of the tree care event.
